The Dallas City Council is trying to legislate what people wear! Ron Price is trying to pass a law outlawing the wearing of baggy pants in the city of Dallas - the idea being that gangstas wear their pants sagging, so if they pass a law disallowing visible undewear, this will combat the gang problem. But then how will we recognize these bad guys in the future? My major problem with this is that it is undoubtedly against the constitution of the United States, so as soon as they pass this law, someone will sue, and they will spend all my taxpayer dollars going to court to fight to uphold their insanity until they finally lose, and we will be in the national news for being such idiots as to think we could basically legislate uniforms for ordinary citizens...... and of course by the time the courts finish the case, the sagging of pants will be out of fashion anyway, so we can look silly for that too. Oh it's embarrassing to live in Dallas!
